If you would like to share a room, please indicate your roommate’s name when you register so we can coordinate your accommodations. Important: you both must book the same room type. (I.e. You both have reservations to a Queen Casita.)

If you grab a Roommate Ticket, you'll be staying in a shared casita with up to 10 other guests. Don’t worry—you can absolutely request your preferred roommate(s) when you register! We’ll also match guests in shared rooms based on gender identity and comfort preferences, unless you're attending with a spouse or partner. We want everyone to feel safe, welcome, and at ease during their stay.

The VIP Inner Circle is for the visionary who wants deeper access, real connection, and momentum that extends beyond the conference. This add-on includes an exclusive cocktail hour with fellow VIPs, a professional headshot session on April 8, and an intimate Q&A with our guest speakers. You’ll also be invited to a private online networking session before the event on Saturday, April 4, plus a post-conference implementation group call with Hannah McGinty one week after the retreat to help you actually apply what you learned.

VIPs receive replays of all educational talks for up to one month after the conference, a luxe gift bag curated just for our inner circle courtesy of our sponsors, and behind-the-scenes photo and video content of you working during the content day.

Heads up: This is an add-on experience and must be paired with any regular ticket type. If you want closer access, deeper support, and to stay in motion long after REFRESH ends, this is your move.

No, staying overnight is not required. That said, REFRESH is designed as an immersive experience. Being on-site allows you to fully unplug, stay present for the conversations that matter most, and show up rested and clear-headed each day. Some of the most valuable moments happen outside the sessions, over coffee, meals, and late-night ideas that turn into real connections.

At this time, tickets are not discounted for daytime-only attendance, and day passes are not guaranteed as we are keeping REFRESH intentionally intimate. If you’re able, we strongly recommend staying on-site to get the full impact of the experience.
