King Villa

With this Signature Experience, you’ll stay at the stunning La Palmilla Resort in your own bedroom for maximum rest and recharge. The King Villas have a door adjoining another, but you get a private space to yourself. You’ll also enjoy delicious meals, off-site transportation, and every curated detail taken care of—all included.

King Casita

This experience has a private bedroom with a shared common space, perfect for late night chats or good morning buddies. This ensure you get maximum rest and recharge. You’ll enjoy delicious meals, off-site transportation, and every curated detail taken care of—all included.

Queen Villa

You will share a room with another person, each with your own queen bed. The space is not shared but does have a door adjoining it to the villa next door if you want to throw a party with your neighbors. You can request a preferred roommate! Queen Casita

The Casitas have a shared common space, and you will share a room with two double queen beds. *This event will occur December 2, 1:00p, to December 5, 11:00a, in 2025. Your transportation to and from the airport will be via tour bus from the DFW Airport. If you arrive later than 1:00p on December 2, you must find a way to get yourself to the resort via rideshare or rental car. There is plenty of parking on-site.

  • What should I pack/wear?
    We’re staying Tuesday afternoon through Friday morning, so bring the essentials like PJs, toiletries, and anything you need for a cozy three-night stay. Activities: There’s tons to do at the resort—swimming, pickleball, canoeing, hiking—so bring activewear and comfy shoes! Think adventure-ready but still cute. Headshots on December 4th: You’ll have the chance to get professional photos taken, so wear something that reflects your brand—your brand colors, your vibe, your work-day confidence. Treat it like a CEO photo shoot
  • What if I can’t make it? Can I transfer or sell my ticket?
    We totally get that life happens! While tickets are nonrefundable, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend. Just email us at hello@filmbusinesscourse.com with the new guest’s full name, email, and phone number so we can update the registration. All transfers must be completed by November 2, 2025, to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
    We’ll miss you—but we’re happy your spot will still get to inspire someone else.
  • What's the refund policy?
    All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, including those made through a payment plan. Every spot is reserved with intention, and we begin planning for your experience the moment you sign up. If you’re unsure or have questions before booking, reach out—we want you to feel 100% aligned before committing.
  • How many tickets are available?
    We’re keeping it intimate and intentional with only 40 live tickets total. Seats will go fast—so if this is calling your name, secure yours before it’s gone!
  • What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
    We’ve got you covered! We want you to feel relaxed, seen, and fully taken care of the entire time. If you have food allergies or dietary needs, just email our incredible planner, Wendy, at: wendy@eachandeverydetail.com. She’ll make sure your meals are safe, delicious, and stress-free.
  • Is my flight included?
    Flights are not included in your ticket, so you’ll book your own travel to DFW Airport. But once you land? We’ve got you! Transportation from the DFW airport to La Palmilla is included, along with all your meals during the workshop. So once you arrive, you can relax and focus on the experience.
  • How many people stay in one casita? (Different than private villa room)
    If you grab a Roommate Ticket, you'll be staying in a shared casita with up to 10 other guests. Don’t worry—you can absolutely request your preferred roommate(s) when you register! We’ll also match guests in shared rooms based on gender identity and comfort preferences, unless you're attending with a spouse or partner. We want everyone to feel safe, welcome, and at ease during their stay.
  • How will the creative styled shoot work on December 4?
    Get ready for a day full content creation! We’ll have two modeling couples: One styled for an elopement vibe One showcasing a traditional, elevated ceremony + reception All set against the stunning Spanish architecture of La Palmilla You’ll rotate through four unique stations in small groups of 10: Ceremony + Reception Tablescape with Couple Elopement Couple Portraits Headshots (for you!) Details Flatlays + Decor This day is designed to give everyone space, time, and creative freedom.
  • Can I arrive early or stay longer at La Palmilla?
    Yes, and we don’t blame you—La Palmilla is a whole vibe. If you’d like to arrive early or extend your stay, reach out to our amazing planner Wendy at wendy@eachandeverydetail.com. She’ll help you check availability and secure extra nights so you can soak up even more of the beauty and calm before (or after) the workshop magic begins.
  • What’s included in the VIP Inner Circle Add-On?

We're asking for 50% down to reserve your seat, and then you can pay off the remaining 50% in four installments over four months.
